We had a pesky 40' long pipe that needed to be replaced, we had a different plumber do it a few weeks before who made a HUGE mess and I was interested to see how different Quality Climate Control would be. They came and were SO professional, left no mess, no leaks afterwards, and several tenants that were in the 47 unit building commented on how cordial and professional they were. As a bonus, the first plumber from the other company we used left us with no hot water for 3 days.
